Dog Songs by Mary Oliver is a beautiful work of poetry published in 2016. This video attempts to capture the same spirit of dog's love of their people as depicted in Mary Oliver's work. Five poems by Ms. Oliver, How it Begins, Waiting for Holding onto Benjamin, Luke's Junkyard Song, The Dog has Run Off Again, and Her Grave, are read by the video creator, Allison McKenna, and paired to four very special dogs from Kalamazoo.
